Married Sarah Ann Patten, born 1828 in Ireland, daughter of Thomas & Isabella Patten, of Ireland. Were in Mill Village area by 1850 census with first of many children. Their children: Isabella, ca 1850 William John, 29 October 1852 - my ancestor! Samuel, ca 1855 Thomas, ca 1856 Robert H., ca 1858 Mary A., ca 1860 Sarah E., ca 1864 Letisha, February 1867 George, September 1869 James, January 1872 Sarah dies between 1880 and 1900 and Samuel between 1900 and 1910.
