is anyone else having trouble getting the lookup site to load at the erie county website? i get a warning saying: server sent an unrequested proxy automatic configuration file to netscape: http:/// configuration file will be ignored what does this mean?...............i also tried to reach the site through internet explorer browser with no success that way either - can anyone help? sarah
