Is there any Carlo/Carlow families/relations still existing in Erie PA?? Desc. from a Sylvester Carlow? He worked for the Railroad and was born probably somewhere around 1855-1860's??? My gramma Rosale Margaret Carlow as born 1864 in Warren PA and she had an older brother, Sylvester. Also her parents were: Sylvester and Mary Kelleher Carlow. I've gotten some of the census records on them. Just was hoping someone was familiar with the family(s). Ginny Or perhaps has some Erie info on them.
