Hello Listers! Allow me to ammend my recent posting for information on these churches. St. Michaels' was a Catholic Church in Erie that was destroyed by fire. Supposedly, St. Paul's Catholic Church on Walnut Street has their records. Can anyone confirm or provide more info. on accessing these records? How far back do they go? Many thanks ........ I am looking for records from the 1930 from children's services or such agency. trying to find guardianship papers or transfer from parent to Elmwood boys home. has anyone ever seen records for family services, children's services, orphan courts for the 1930 period for Erie county?
