Hi Are there any other Turner families living in the area around Springfield Twp., Erie Co., PA on the 1870 or 1880 census? My Levi lived in W. Springfield area on the 1870 and 1880 census. I am just trying to see if there were other family living near him. Thank you for all your help.--Betty

There were about 14 Turners in Erie Co. in 1870 but these are the only ones in Springfield Twp.: TURNER LESTER 9 M W OH PA ERIE SPRINGFIELD TWP 1870 TURNER LEVI 43 M W PA PA ERIE SPRINGFIELD TWP 1870 Levi, wife Martha and 8 kids, all b PA, were two pages before the boy Lester, b OH, who was living with Myra Pratt, 52, b NY. The P.O. was Girard for both.
