    3. Very interesting! I see in the 1930 census that they said they were from Poland. So possibly find someone who is accustomed to researching Polish surnames. ============================================================ From: "Karleen" <eeyore@ojai.net> Date: 2003/10/14 Tue PM 01:54:40 EDT To: PAERIE-L@rootsweb.com Subject: [PAERIE] Rimpa family I am trying to help my sister with her Rimpa family line. She is just starting to gather information to make a record for her children. Has anyone here ever heard the name "Rimpa" Her line is the only one in the u.s or anywhere for that matter. I figure it must have been changed when they came to america but have no idea what it could have started as. I understand that there are still Rimpa's living in the Erie county now . Any thoughts or information would be appreciated.....we really don't know where to start. thanks karleen ==== PAERIE Mailing List ==== Welcome to the PA-Erie Mailing List To leave PAERIE-L, send mail to PAERIE-L-request@rootsweb.com with the single word unsubscribe in the message subject and body.
