Hello Dave, Don't know if it will help, but there were "Bizzack"s living in KANE, McKean County, PA, and graduated from Old Kane High in the 50's, 60's and the 70's. The first name having shown up, in 1955, then 2 in 1958, and more in 1959,60,65,66,67,70,73,. I am pretty sure they lived on Elk Ave, as I used to play with a boy named Victor, when I was young.
