OBITUARY - Wed. May 21, 1997 Geraldine Bucheit Geraldine Erich Bucheit, 86, a resident of Colony Park in Carol Stream for over 20 years, died Sunday, May 18 at the Central Du Page Hospital, Winfield, IL. She was bon March 12, 1911 in St. Marys, where she spent her childhood. She married Louis W. Bucheit, who preceded her in death Mrs. Bucheit is survived by a daughter, Jean, Mrs. Gary Orland, St. Charles; four sons, Robert Bucheit, Laporte, IN, Kenneth Bucheit, Glen Ellyn, David Bucheit, Richmond, VA, and Greg Bucheit, Carol Stream; 19 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; four sisters, Virginia Lecker, Doris Fritz, Georgia Long and Betty Taylor, all of St. Marys; three brothers, Billy, Regis and Thomas Erich, also of St. Marys; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by three sons, Donald, Gerald and Paul Bucheit; and a sister, Marie Squires. A Mass of Christian Burial for Geraldine Bucheit will be held in St. Mark Catholic Church, Wheaton, IL on Thursday morning at 10 o'clock.
