Some fresh information is indicating to me that I may have been on the wrong trail before in searching for Elizabeth McGOWAN as one of my ancestors. Does anyone have any information on an Elizabeth McKEWEN [b. 8 Mar 1792 in PA - d. 16 Apr 1867 in E. Hanover Twp., Dauphin, PA]. She was married to Thomas BOYER [b. @1789 probably in Berks Co., PA - d. 14 Sep 1862 in E. Hanover Twp., Dauphin, PA] One of their daughters, Mary Ann BOYER would have been my 2xg/g'mother, who married David HUGHES. Any help with this family would be greatly appreciated.
