Dear Howard, According to Keith Dull's Early German Settlers of York Co Magdalena Heckedorn born 1May 1729, daughter of Hannes and Margareta Heckedorn m George Schmidt in Bethlehem, Northumberland Co on 25 Jan 1756 and then moved to North Carolina. Not all of her siblings are fully accounted for so some of them may also have been in Northumberland. Good luck.
