Tobias was an Army veteran of World War II. He is also survived by a son, Robert J. Jr., Alburtis, Lehigh County; and three daughters: Cheryl A. (Tobias) Heilman, Fredericksburg, Va.; Dr. Gloria C. Tobias, Shillington; and Johanne M. Tobias, Philadelphia. Other survivors include six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Services will be Friday at 10 a.m. in the Joseph D.
