To All: We are in our final phases of compiling the second edition of "Glattfelders In America". This book will be published in July. However information to be included in this book must be received no later than June 15th, 2000. Major lines to be included in this book are the descendants of Johan Peter Glattfelder/Clodfelter, Casper Glattfelder, Solomon Glattfelder/Glotfelty, Jacob Rhyne, Johannes Hildebrand, several of the sons of Tobias Hartmann, George Boyer and all those that descend from the Glattfelder Family of Glattfelden, Zurich, Switzerland. Your help in this endeavor is appreciated. When "Glattfelders in America" was originally published in 1993, it contained about 21,000 descendants of the family. As of this morning we have 89,322 descendants of the Glattfelder family out of a total of 223,074 names in our database.
