The copy of "Eighteenth Century Emigrants from the Northern Alsace to America" that I have in my possession does not indicate a Volume number in it's title. My copy was published by Picton Press. There is however the following notation: "This Volume was prepared for distrubution to members of The Pennsylvania German Society during 1992, as Volume XXVI in its series of publications on Pennsylvania German History and culture". A quick check with the on-line catalog of the Los Angeles Public Library lists and gives the titles of eleven works they have by Annette K. Burgert and the library may not actually have them all.
