My great, great grandparents John & Elizabeth Bingaman moved from Cocalico Twp., Lancaster Co., PA in the winter of 1837 as they were living in Fairfield Co., Ohio in May 1837 when his father died. They bought a farm in Etna Twp., Licking Co., Ohio in 1839 and moved there after 1840 census. John's brother Paul Bingaman moved from Allen Twp., Cumberland Co., PA where he owned a house and 3/4 of an acre of land as in June 1848 he bought a 60 acre farm in Plymouth Twp, Richland Co., Ohio. He sold this farm in April 1863 and moved to I know not where, yet. The earlier generation moved from Berks Co., PA to Monogalia Co., Virginia in October 1794. This was the aboves uncle Alexander Bingeman. Ann in Oklahoma
