Another very signigicant migration also took place from 1800 to 1820 or so, from several eastern PA counties to Waterloo County, Ontario, to a large area purchased by early settlers called the German Company Tract, which I seem to remember was more than 20,000 acres. The first migration was led by Joseph Sherk/Schoerg and my ggggggrandfather, Samuel Betzner, to the area on the Grand River near the present town of Doon. If this is a duplication of an earlier posting that I missed, accept my apologies for the redundancy. Allan E. Green
