I first found him in public records marrying Margaret RAMSOWER/RAMSAUR in the German Reformed church of Frederick, Maryland. My search to date leads me to believe he was not born in Maryland. Migration patterns into Maryland are from Pennsylvania/Philadelphia so I am now looking there. Is anyone researching the HAGAN/HAGEN surname and has come across a Francis born in 1763?
