Finding anything on Berger in Northamlpton is rare. My closest connection is Peter Berger born abt 1800 and living in Durham, Bucks County in 1830. Do you have anything additional on your Johanna Berger. I have a lot of Bucks county research on my other three lines from early 1700. I recall seeing Schenk somewhere, I look futher. Surnames: LANDIS, EYERLY, SANDERS, BAKER, SHAFFER Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/3dB.2ACI/2951.1 Message Board Post: My grandmother was Helen Katherine LANDIS. She was born June 07, 1908. She said she was Pennsylvania Dutch. She was raised by Edna EYERLY STILLWELL BATEMAN. Edna was her aunt. Her mother was Jeanette Faye EYERLY LANDIS SANDERS. Her father was Roy LANDIS, step-father was Joe SANDERS. According to cemetary records Roy died in 1910 when my grandmother was only 2. Roy was born in 'Dakota', I strongly suspect that refers to the Dakota Territories, but Illinois is also a possibility, Dakota, IL. is in the far north of the state. I am getting no where with Roy. I have family for Jeanette. I am looking for any leads for Roy LANDIS. Any information, tips, or suggestions appreciated. (email is still syndy, but @integrity.com) Thank you, Syndy
