I'd love to see what you have and see if we can connect the lineage. Some Bleistein families kept the name most changed it to Blystone. Talk to you soon. Connie

When I was a youngster my grandparents always referred to us as being Pa. Dutch. I thought for a long time that it was the nationality that I was. When I grew older, I continued to pester my parents as to where we came from and then found out that "Pennsylvania Dutch" was the name tagged on to different german speaking nationalities that settled in Pennsylvania. Take a look at the web site. I think you'll find it very interesting. http://midatlantic.rootsweb.com/padutch/faqs/dutch.html

Daniel Hartman's name was listed in her will. I was curious, so I looked him up and found a Daniel living in Cairo. His wife was Leah Nell. Later, I found a will for Daniel Hartman, these names were listed within the will: Margaret Smith and her daughter's Florence Elizabeth Misenheimer and Lizzie A. Boudreau <my great great grand mother; my great great aunt, and my grandmother> -- Mary Hally, Dan L. Williamson, Leah E. Williamson. Margaret Smith <maiden name unknown> was married to August Smith of Maryland. On a census, it said she was born in Maryland also. Since the documents were among my grandmother's papers, I believe Margaret Smith may be a daughter or sister to Daniel Hartman. Lizzie married Goodwin William <G.W.> Boudreau and their children Charles and Lydia were born in Cairo.
