Thanks, Connie/Lynn for the encouragement. It certainly has given me something to keep off for another year! I HOPE! The good new is I need to modivate myself & sometimes that's the hardest thing to do!! When is the "Biggest Loser" supoosed to come back on, anyone know! I feel so much better for sure! I can peddle my bike so much better now!! Maybe join a health club?! That might help too.
