Yep, I live up the hill on W. Broad Street, so I am pretty darn close to the bakery LOL. The address and phone # you gave for Wixon's Barkery are current and correct. The area code for the phone # is 610. I grew up on Wixon's shoofly pies and they are great! But, last summer I tasted the shoofly pies that Shady Maple's in-store bakery makes and it was even more delicious than Wixon's. The only problem is, I have to drive to Lancaster County to Shady Maple Market (in East Earl on Rt 23) to buy my "fix". When that's not practical, I sure don't complain about "making do" with Wixon's shoofly pies! Shady Maple also bakes up an awesome shoofly cake in their in-store bakery department. When I drive to Shady Maple I pass the TnT Bakery in Bowmansville. They make the best snack sized double crusted pies, both fruit and "pudding" filled. TnT pies are sold retail all over the general area in supermarkets and conveniance stores. They were a lunch box staple when I was growing up and they are still the best when it comes to single serving pies. They still are sold encased in a waxed paper wrapping!
