Hello All....have a funny story to share about kielbosi: While we were still living in PA in Dutch Country, and before we moved back to the hills of WV, my dad who was still with us just LOVED kielbosi, so every time we made a trip from PA to WV we brought along a big ring of kielbosi...garlic and plain, along with the ring bologna. Well, he really enjoyed it, and one time we noticed that ALL of the kielbosi was gone and we had only been back "home" for a short time. My son, who was about 10 years old at the time, started looking for the kielbosi because he liked to eat it too. Couldn't be found. We congregated to different areas, and started to talk. Well, I happened to see my dad reach under his chair and pull something out that was wrapped in aluminum foil. My son, saw it too, and knew that it was the long, lost kielbosi....so he said, "PawPaw, I want some of that kielbosi", to which my dad replied: "Now son, you can get all of this you want in PA, and I can only get it a couple of times a year....this is mine".
