    3. Hi Cathy, If you keep an eye out, it's been on, with different sorts of competitions. I just keep looking and even watch the reruns :o) They DO help treMENdously :o) And remember to keep up the good work, and it is work, if you want to lose. Just make sure that if you join a health club, that you actually have time to use it. Otherwise, get yourself motivated at home and stick with it. Even if you just do 5 minutes here and there, do that 5 times a day, and you'll see results. There is almost NO excuse for NOT excercising.
