Hi List, I just whipped this recipe together, thought it was great tasting and figured I'd share with whomever would like it. 1 bunch fresh broccoli 1 head fresh cauliflower 2 c shredded cheese (I had Taco cheese on hand) 2 sm (10 oz) plain yogurt 2 shakes Worchestershire sauce 1 Tbs Dijon mustard 2 shakes hot sauce black pepper, Mrs. Dash, parsley flakes, garlic powder Clean broccoli and cauliflower. Cut into even sizes. Spray bottom of a 9" x 13" baking dish, and arrange cut pieces. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over broccoli and cauliflower. Bake at 350* for an hour or so (until veggies are tender). Next time I am going to try using frozen veggies.
