I gotta tell you---here in Iowa we are getting pretty sick of the snow and cold!! Tonight we have temps of 18 below zero and going down!! We had storms the week of Christmas and right afterwards that left OVER 2 feet of new snow on the ground. That was in addition to about 18" of snow just before that. We have some pretty awesome snow drifts around here right now!! In fact, our mailbox out by the street has snow right up to the top of it!! And guess what? We are due for another blast of snow on Wednesday and Thursday of this week!! Oh joy!! We can hardly contain our happy feelings over that bit of news!! Oh well, I am sure we will survive---after all, we are from the Midwest!! Yay for us!! Janice in Iowa
