Hi everyone,  Please pray for my father.  Last week the nursing home where my father is living sent him to the hospital and he was diagnosed with pneumonia and a urinary infection. His health has gotten worse since he was admitted, first he had a mild heart attack and now he can no longer swallow even baby food.  He will be fed intravenious. The last couple of days, he wasn't even alert enough to know that I was there.  I'm bracing myself to the fact that the end is near.  He's 88 yrs old. Linda

Linda,    I am so sorry to hear about your father, please know my prayers are going out ASAP!! Prayers for you and your family. Dear Linda, This time of year makes this situation so much harder but keep that candle of hope lit. It is a hard time for the older ones as the sadness of the season descends on them. Love you.
