Do any of you have Norwegian ancestors. I couldn't resist a five cent book at a garage sale. It was published in1949 but has pictures taken in 1932 1nd 1933. Lots and lots of indexed names and identified pictures. Even a very worn large map. When I bought it I thought it was German, but a friend who speaks German said no. Because the price was listed in Kronan I checked the internet encyclopedia and found out the currancy is Norwegian. The book is very worn and has no covers at all. If you know anyone with Norwegian ancestry send me some names and I'll see what I can match up. I would love to see this book in the hands of someone who can identify ancestors. Have you found any Norwegians? We have close friends who are SKAGEN and AAVIK, both Norwegian. Are either of these names in it?
