Hi again! This is nothing fancy but this is how my mother fixes carrots occasionally. We had these for supper this evening. Enjoy! Rick B MY MOTHER'S CARROTS 9 carrots 3 Tablespoons butter or margarine salt Peel and chop up the carrots but not too thick. Boil the carrots with some salt in the water until tender. Drain the carrots and place them in a serving bowl with the melted butter. Serve.
