Hi Tracy, Mary, and Don: Wow! All these wonderful birthday wishes thank you one and all so very much. Pennsylvania Dutch People are the BEST! You have brought great big smiles to my face. Cathy Happy Brithday to you too! Mary just think our mothers were pregnant with us at the same time, well for a little while anyway. We should have a Pa Dutch birthday party to celebrate everyones birthday. I will make a virtual white cake with chocolate mocha icing and some fresh strawberries on top. My son, 5 now, made a cake just because, with birthday decorations! But no one liked it turned out, bu tOH WELL1 I liked it because I made it! And had coconut flavoring, 7 I'm a coconut person anyhow! Mom used to make a german chocolate cake with icing, & pineapple upside down cake, used to love those!
