Tracy it's all up to you as far as eating! Wait until your rally hungry not "munchie", because if your munchie your body will just store the food. I have found that keeping your hand busy might be the key at least for me, it turns out! Plus write down what you do eat, & drink lots of water, too, that's been helping me. I'd gotten a dibetes diet from doctor that has many things listed, & "free foods" like lettuce, tomatoes stuff like salad stuff, listed that even listed salty content in it & helped me "Not ro eat"! Olives, & other stuff is high in sodium, & have the servings for each say too, so that helps too! And calories, now that didn't stop me from eating them if I liked them, but moderate the stuff depending on what it was! I'm just stying busier with my housework, & moderating it with other outside things too, excercising at the park with my youngest, going to hiking at a park with everyone, & eating less meat. Or just eating chicken, & seems to finally b! een making some progress!
