    3. Then is it like potatoes grated with onions, & stuck into the oven at what temps, like 350 degrees for like (guessing) 35 minutes? Sounds good, it really does, but need a recipe to start out with, can you add corn too lets say? Or other stuff? Suggestions please! Just like cranberries I've never experimented, but with a recipe to start, I'd try it sometime! I know when I was looking over my recipe for pastry, I was surprised that hardly no ingredients, i forgot. I cahnged my strategy this year, & since they have not a plastic tablecloth to be found any longer, i saw a heavier tablecloth with a fabric one too, so I just cut the plastic one to use, & I'm tickled to death with my end. Then I just used it to do my pies this year, instead of my cutting board, & oh so much nicer! I hope everyone had s great Thanksgiving this year! One of my pies is gone already! May have to cook some more cookies for Tracy & Bryan's little trip to visit! If I have time! I'll have lots of coffee & donuts to offer when the arrive for dessert, & peanut butter cookies, at least! 3. Cathy,    Now you're talkin' "Bryan language"!!! He really likes peanut butter cookies!!! :o) And coffee!    We're gettin' excited about coming your way! I've found some stuff out and am already planning next year! Maybe I should slow down and take this vacation first?    I'm up early and already got things started for the busy day ahead. Getting to bed early tonight so can get a good rest and start out early in the morning. Bryan had to be to work at 4am this morning but his boss told him at 6am to take the day and finish up stuff at home so we could leave. His boss says we are going to have a great time! Now I get to work Bryan silly today. He's been working so much and such late hours that nothing is getting done outside.     ******************************** We had a nice Thanksgiving dinner last night and had the dishes done and kitchen cleaned by 9pm. Dinner was late (par for our course!) but really good. My sister, Susan, made the gravy. She asked where the salt and pepper were. I told her on the table. Next thing, I realize she is putting salt in the gravy. I tell her we don't cook with salt in anything! She is done by that time and said we had to have salt, that one day wouldn't hurt. (This from the woman with CHF and on a sodium restricted diet.) Then everyone hears us talking and wants to know what is happening, we tell them our conversation and they all say (individually), " we don't cook with salt!". I think she got a bit upset with everyone getting after her. Her hubby cooks "no-salt" by only putting in 1/2 of the amount of salt!! I always swell so badly when I eat their food.    We set the table really fancy and I forgot to take any pics! I forget I have a camera. :o(   Have a great weekend Everyone!   tracy --- On Thu, 11/26/09, Cathy wrote:      May have to cook some more cookies for Tracy & Bryan's little trip to visit!  If I have time!  I'll have lots of coffee & donuts to offer when the arrive for dessert, & peanut butter cookies, at least!  Cathy
