    3. Mary, The Mustard I use is Kroger's Deli Mustard. Check the mustards in your store, if you can see the black specks it is whole grain. I once used Gulden's spicy brown but it just isn't the same. Boards Head makes one too ...it costs a bunch and believe me tastes no better than the store brand. I forgot to mention some times I add cooked beets on top of my veggies when ready to serve, not in the big bowl that I make.
