Take an old worn out bra and cut off the hooks and eyes. Do the same with the one you want to fix. Stitch on the replacement hooks/eyes by hand or on a machine. If you don't have any old bras, you can buy the replacement hooks/eyes at a sewing store like Joann Fabrics.
