Lynn You sound like me I love to make up recipes and if I try it and I don't like it I toss it out and start over.. I have colitis so I am limited to what I can eat but boy I can make lots of good things with what I can eat.. I can eat Pork, Chicken, Turkey and Fish but mostly I eat Chicken... I love to BBQ. I bought some home grown baking potatoes large one's. I baked them in the Micro Wave then cut them length wise sprayed them with cooking spray and sprinkled them with a mixture of KC Masterpiece BBQ Seasoning, Hickory Mesquite Seasoning, and Granulated Garlic.. I then place them on the BBQ grill (on low heat side) along with my chicken breast also seasoned with this mixture.. (the Potatoes you need to watch so they don't burn) by the time the chicken breast was done the potatoes were crispy and all you need to add is a bit of butter if you like.. the fried Parm cheese green beans go well with this.. Hungry yet?
