    3. Hi! I call it the Working Woman's Salad because it's fast. Also,it can be made for diabetics. You can use it either for a salad or a dessert. 1 big carton of cottage cheese(Fat free for diabetics) 1 big can of crushed pineapple 1 big box of cherry or strawberry jello(sugar free for diabetics) Mix in bowl cottage cheese & DRAINED pineapple then add DRY jello. YUM! Some people like Cool Whip(Fat free for diabetics) on top but I don't. Prep time: 5 minutes Pam Drake in IN.
