Hi Richard, Yes, it came through and I got it when it came through. Did that question I asked come through the list a second time? Weird, cause I didn't get it if it did. I already have the whole thing explained, using you and Tracy as the information source, in my family history under both my Uncle Milt and my father-in-law. Thanks again to both of you!!!! AND!!! Thank you KATHY, for all the research you've been doing regarding breads made without yeast!!!!! I'm interested in the self-rising bread flour one they had at quick glance. I think quick breads are cake-like, if I'm not mistaken, like Zucchini and the like. But those self-rising flour ones interest me, because I've never used that for bread making. I did buy some, and accidentally used it in my pizza dough, which I already use yeast in, and it made the dough too thick. So, maybe that is the secret I am looking for, though Mayer's and ATV both use yeast? We'll see what I find. Thanks so much for doing this research for me :o) Yes, we are all friends on this list, aren't we!!! :o) Lynn ----- Original Message ----- From: Richard Emlin Reed To: padutch-life@rootsweb.com Sent: Monday, August 20, 2007 10:17 PM Subject: Re: [PD-LIFE] Backs :o) Read your mail, Lynn Vondran.
