    2. Yes cleaning then is a pain but its worth it.. BUT I'm getting to old to do it now.. When we moved to MO I showed a friend how to clean a Turtle she then floured it and fried it.. It was okay but the soup was better.. I also showed her how to clean Deer meat once the guys skinned it, NOW she is an expert!! :) My family men are great at hunting and fishing..they bow hunt, and gun hunt and they fish a lot so we always have lots of deer to share with our neighbors..
