    3. Herr Reed, Is there a German spelling for Stella (is this a German name?) spelled Efftla? A German spelling perhaps? I've gotten a relative that has this in an obituary, & finally perhaps you know enough to give me a clue, about it! This was the first born daughter of the family also, if that might mean anything?!!!! Thanks for all this about pronuciation of German too! I'm always interested, because I've got Reeher surname I'm doing & Raber, & think both are German oriented somehow, but don't know for sure anything?!
