Hi Cathy. To the best of my knowledge, Stella is a German, English, and Italian name. Estelle is French; and Estrella is Spanish. I am unfamiliar with Efftla. I asked Google and got two hits, neither of which had any significance. Raber is a German name. I'm not sure about Reeher. Reher, perhaps?
