At lunchtime it was 92 degrees (which, as I have said before, is about 20 degrees too many) and blazingly sunny.? It started pouring down rain complete with thunder and lightning by about 2:00 and the temperature has since dropped about 25 degrees. > > This one came as a surprise because it wasn't supposed to rain at all this week! > > --Debra > > > ________________________________________________________________________ > AOL now offers free email to everyone. 2. Actually, within about five minutes of my posting that, the rain had stopped completely, the sun was back out and there were no clouds whatsoever!? That's August in the Alleghenies.? We got to keep the 72 degrees, though, so it was worth it :o) It's going to be a very hot weekend--90 degrees or above today through Sunday.? Oh, well! --Debra -----Original Message----- From: Cathy Raber <pigeonrock@earthlink.net> To: padutch-life@rootsweb.com Sent: Thu, 2 Aug 2007 10:55 pm Subject: Re: [PD-LIFE] STORMS Well, the weatherman sometimes can't predict things, & the man upstairs just makes it happen, at least in this season of unexpected things!
