    2. Pat I have not thought of that. I just cover a block of cream cheese and serve it with saltine crackers..saltine crackers work best for me .. For Christmas I make Yellow and Red pepper jelly.. Big hit at church party's..I put out one of each color.. Now how much cream cheese and jelly do you use to make the balls? 3. Barb, One 8oz of cream cheese and 1/2 pint of Jelly, put in fridge to firm then wrap...a great gift or party treat. I usually give several different kinds of crackers with this. 1. [PD-LIFE] Hot Pepper Jam and Cream Cheese

    3. Sarah's Kitchen told me about mixing these two together, when I purchased my Hot Pepper Relish at Root's on week. I believe she said to use half a jar, with a block of cream cheese. I will try it and tell you if it comes out okay. Sarah's Kitchen makes the best Hot Pepper Relish I've ever tasted. I love that stuff mixed with almost everything, and even eat a spoonful of it, when I get hunger pains. It's delicious!!!!! They sell it at Root's Farmers' Market, in Manheim Township, PA, and at Forry's Market, in Silver Spring, PA. I always have a jar or two on hand. It tastes absolutely wonderful on hot dogs, too!!!! I also use it in my slops to heat them up a bit. :o) Lynn
