My brother's started in his hands (they thought it might be carpal tunnel and did surgery). Tingling and slight numbness, then stabbing pains, onto shooting PAINs. Now he has lost alot of feeling and drops stuff all the time. His feet started with loss of feeling and now he has "drop foot" (where the foot won't properly lift and it drags on the ground, not real bad but does make him stumble)and can barely feel anything. Has to keep a good eye on hands/feet for wounds (punctures), sores, cuts, blisters.
