Hi Becky; One of the funniest things that I saw in Florida was a heard of cows under some palm trees. I don't know why that struck me as so funny maybe because it was Christmas time and we had just left lots of ice and snow as we drove to Florida to spend Christmas with friends that had just moved down there and were very lonely. Seeing those cow just made me laugh. Now as I recall that image of palm trees and cow I see them all talking in different languages, I bet there are some speaking Pa Dutch along with French. Lord I am laughing again!!!!!Have a giggly day. xoxoxo Sally ----- Original Message ----- From: "Becky Sanning" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Monday, January 26, 2009 12:04 PM Subject: Re: [PD-LIFE] the Manual Lynn-thank you for sending me that information. Now to print it up. I am in the library at school and everytime I approach the printer, they start eyeing me funny. I cannot help it if these instructors actually want me to learn while I am here!!! Tracy-how are things going? Sally-I am not moving to Florida. Can't convince the boyfriend of 20 years. He says it's too hot and the idea of various crawling animals sneaking around his homespace does not appeal to him. I say,"You're a police officer. You should be used to crawling things!!" He says yes but not at home. Steph is moving to Ponce de Leon. Shaun(sil) has promised to buy her cows. The mental picture is just too funny for words. She's going to practice her languages with them. So if you ever get to that area and the cows have the ability to speak Franch, Spanish and German, you know my daughter has been there. Will they moo with an accent? By the way Lynn, a Lucy moment. As you know it is very wet from the snow that Rick wished on us. So I be-bopped into the house the other morning and kicked off the shoes and in general did not pay attention to the fact that the dogs had also just come in. I turned too quickly and one leg went west, one went south. I had one tush cheek in each bowl of dog food and my hand(with my watch) in the water dish. The dogs just sat and looked at me. I'm hoping spring will be better. Hope everyone is well Love-Becky ------------------------------- To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to [email protected] with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message
