And I'll feed ya, too :o) Yes, it is so great to put a face to the words across the screen. What a joy it has been meeting you folks, and all who we have met from the list, so far. Big Hugs from Columbia, where the sun is shining and the wind isn't blowing. :o) Lynn Sally wrote about meeting me, and Lexus :o) LOL!!!!
So, I suppose this would be a bad time to mention it is 70F this afternoon in sunny northern California? :-) I'm wearing a t-shirt and shorts with no shoes and sipping cool lemonade. Sorry...it's one of the few times when the "sunshine tax" we pay out here for everything makes it worth it. Times like these I wonder how our ancestors stayed warm enough through these types of winters. I do hope y'all stay warm and safe---no more skating, falling, thudding or crunching! It'll soon be 70* and above here in FL. I think I like the cool 43* today. Tonight is to be 22*. The wind is blowing a bit hard so it is bitingly chilly here. I still have my shorts on but I did wear a coat last night and will wear one today!!! Still no snow. I've got shorts, sweatshirt, socks and slippers on. And my feet are still cold. I may have to go bump the heat up to 64*. I've often wondered about our ancestors but figure they got up early, worked hard, went to bed and stayed there until morning. -tracy --- On Thu, 1/15/09, Trish wrote: So, I suppose this would be a bad time to mention it is 70F this afternoon in sunny northern California? :-) I'm wearing a t-shirt and shorts with no shoes and sipping cool lemonade.
