    3. Were they custom made, or from a certain part of the country? I'm from eastern OH, WPA area, northern WVA, we called the Tri-State area, & I've never heard of them, but sounds like they were hearty! Wish they'd make underwear like that. Anymore, even the top brands like Fruit of the Loom for ladies are even not standing up like they did even 5 years ago! I wear mine until they're not wearable, with holes, & I've noticed the last I bought are already falling apart! Sure wish they'd be heartier like years ago! Everyone has to watch their money, I think, no matter if they're rich in other areas, why spend money! Using your resourced wisely is an old boy scout premise, but it's a good one to keep close to whatever you do everyday! Let me know Pat you got me curious now! Until then, Cathy ----- Original Message ----- From: "P Dyer" <[email protected]> To: [email protected] Sent: Thursday, January 22, 2009 7:18:33 PM GMT -05:00 US/Canada Eastern Subject: [PD-LIFE] Dutchmaid Clothing Hi everybody, Been sittin' here reading all the "Stories" and enjoyin' every one. Now do any of you remember Dutchmaid clothing? When I was a kid mom bought Dutchmaid panties for us girls. We called them iron gutchies...they wore like iron and when one girl out grew them they were passed on to the next. I don't remember if she bought the boys Dutchmaid.
