Hi Connie, Yes, it took quite a while for my Charlie horses to stop running back and forth between my hips in the back. I think my recliner is my permanent bed. At least, after only getting an average of 1 1/2 hours sleep a night for 15 years, I am getting a lot more now. I don't know how my body took that much abuse all those years, of not getting rest! Wish you could visit, then I could show you the exercises I have made up, to relieve some of the pain. Once you can get to that point, the body can heal itself a bit faster. Lindsey said they worked for her, though she still has pain, it's not near as bad. Guess she'll be like her mom :o) She is mirroring (sp?, for some reason that doesn't look right at all? ever have that happen when you look at a word too long, and all of a sudden it doesn't look right?) her my injuries at the exact times in her life that they happened to me, in my life. Have to get a recipe typed up, yet, tonight, so better close for now. Hugs! Lynn PS Mike said the river is freezing. I thought it was already frozen, from what I can see from our front porch. Must have been the way the sun was shining on it, that made it look like ice, instead of water moving. Connie wrote: > Dear Lynn,? The temp is COLD.?
