Lynn- I'm not seeing them that way--not YOUR emails at least, because you don't use OUTLOOK as your mail client. OUTLOOK does this because it views the sender header field in that manner. Nothing to worry about. Joan In a message dated 1/25/2009 9:56:23 A.M. Eastern Standard Time, [email protected] writes: Anyone know why my messages to the list are on behalf of? Thanks, Joan :o) I email out of my Outlook Express, but yes, use att.net as my Internet Provider. Glad they aren't coming through like that. I saw that it cleared up, so it must be something at att making it show this way in my Outlook. I noticed it happened for one other person, just a few minutes ago. After not having my connection those two days, I was concerned that maybe I was unattached from the list_didn't want that to happen. Thanks again, Joan! :o) Lynn Joan wrote: > Lynn- > I'm not seeing them that way--not YOUR emails at least, because you don't > use OUTLOOK as your mail client. Every post that comes through to my email from the PA Dutch List is '.... on behalf of...'. They never used to come through that way until they went to the new servers. None of my other mail comes through that way, including my message boards from Ancestry.com. Hah, even this stuff is interesting :o) Well, I'm glad it isn't just me :o) Have to leave now. Just got my update from Mike, from church, and now to work on next Sunday's teens, "Meet Me at the Vondrans'" Gonna have a nice size group here, even though it's Super Bowl Sunday! I think I'll make spaghetti !!! I have enough sauce_opened so many cans of tomato products looking for something with no seeds in it. I can combine all those, and freeze what was left over from yesterday! YIPPEE!!! Got it all figured out! That'll feed those hungry teens. AND, we will be laughing_you KNOW why! Apples to Apples will be played :o) Going again, and probably won't be back until later this evening. Byeeeeeeee!
