Thanks, Brenda, for all the mock recipes!!! I don't know if any are the one that is in the MOCK section of THE MANUAL, but will check at another time. Don't remember doing this much with the recipe I have in there; but, I could be remembering wrong. The one sounds really good. Hmmmm, maybe I'll add that one to THE MANUAL, someday. If anyone finds a MOCK Cherry Pie, using tomatoes, lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon, and I'm not sure of the other ingredients, please send it to the list. I've been looking for mine, and can't find it. I'm sure it is hidden in one of my card files, or handwritten books, thought I had them all together, but I didn't. It was one of those recipes to use up tomatoes, when you have way too many from your garden, rather than frying them all. It used red tomatoes. It's from about 18 or 19 years ago. Thanks! Lynn, Do you mean mock apple pie made with green tomatoes or mock cherry pie made with cranberries??? Mary
