    1. FLOWER - LINCOLN --looking for correct info!
    2. Good morning, I thank everyone very much for all the advice & help in finding the parents of Rebecca LINCOLN, who m. John LINCOLN & where she was married but I'm concerned about this info & is it correct? At: http://www.markedixon.com/retrospect.htm -- there is an article "Land of LINCOLN: Boothwyn." In this article, it mentioned Rebecca FLOWER m. John LINCOLN at Boothwyn Quaker Meetinghouse Feb or Mar 1743. I'm trying to find out if she did marry in Boothwyn? Are her parents really Enoch FLOWER & Rebecca Bernard? There is also another website with LINCOLN info: <A HREF="http://www.genealogymagazine.com/famouskin.html">Famous KIN</A> http://www.genealogymagazine.com/famouskin.html I know of the FLOWER Family being in the Chi area: 1701 -- Land owner: John FLOWER 1715 -- Taxable males Lower Chi: William FLOWER John FLOWER (freeman) 1715 -- Upper Chi Taxes: Enock FLOWER 1722 -- Taxable in U & L Chi John FLOWER 1760 -- John WALL & John CRAWFORD were chosen successors of Walter MARTIN, Philip ROMAN & John FLOWER as clerks of the Market in Marcus Hook. I know some of the FLOWER Family is buried at St. Martin's Cemetery in Marcus Hook. Where is Rebecca's father buried? Hence, I would like to find proof of where Rebecca FLOWER & John LINCOLN married & who her parents are via a marriage record, her father's or mother's will, or another relatives will, a newspaper article. If Rebecca's father is buried in Delaware Co. or Chester Co. I would like to see a marker placed at the cemetery denoting as such! The FLOWER & LINCOLN Families are not related to me -- I'm just trying to solve a historic mystery! :) Happy hunting, Helen (DCHS)
