Hello, I have Microsoft Outlook Express for my mail and they will not open your mail with this as the reason "Oulook Express removed access to the following unsafe attachments in your Email". thought you might like to know this. I am very upset about it. Until I downloaded Outlook Express 6, I had no problem. I do want to receive your querries. Hope you can help. Your own security settings are the cause. In Outlook Express, on the top menu bar, click "Tools", then "Options", then click on the "Security" tab. Click to remove the check in the box next to "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus". Then click on "Apply". You may have to close and reopen Outlook Express. It should work fine now.
