Jean, There was a fire at the Chester Times, now know as The Delaware County Daily Times, I believe in the 1970s. I doubt very much if they would have this picture. The Delaware County Historical Society, (DCHS), has this news paper on micro film, (1876-1971?). A copy of this picture from their micro film machine may not be very good but you can always try. :) Good luck.
